This exciting new venture is located on the S.W corner of Anglesey (North Wales)The Outbuildings a new barn conversion consists of four fab bed and breakfast rooms, a dining room with gallery seating up to 65 in the dining room and another 20 on the gallery.
I will be running events, private dining, civil weddings as well as opening the restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights, more if the demand is there and coffee's teas and lunches every day.
Anglesey is a fun place to live and Ireland is a 90 min ferry ride London a 3.20 train ride, Cardiff 4 hour train ride and chester is an hour by car or train.

| Qualifications Requested |
I am looking for someone who is young or youngish and a good all round cook/chef interested in growing this much needed business starting from scratch.
I am very keen to produce intersting seasonal food, using local produce and would like a very small menu changing regularly or a set menu - but i am open to your idea's too, we have been open for four weeks and are very busy so help i need some one soon!!
In the autumn we will be running a food fair. |
