We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Chef to join our well established Dublin city centre restaurant. Havana is a Tapas style restaurant with an emphasis on Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
The position focuses on high quality, consistent, good value food. The successful candidate will have excellent cooking and organisational skills and have the opportunity to bring new, imaginative ideas to assist in developing the menu.
The job also requires a high level of responsibility, excellent customer service and a professional, courteous manner.

| Qualifications Requested |
Candidates are expected to have excellent knowledge of HACCP, preferably backed by a qualification. Very good English is required. Professional qualifications are recommended but not essential to the right candidate with suitable experience. |
