Full Time Chef/Cook required at Promenade Cafe, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. Previous experience is essential.
Our vision is to provide simple, healthy and tasty home cooked food. This person must have a good work attitude, be well organised, efficient and manage all aspects of the kitchen. They should be able to create a good working relationship with the cafe's manager, and staff, as well as working on their own initiative.
Ballymaloe, or other Professional Cook / Chef training is required together with proficient knowledge and active implementation of all aspects of HACCP Regulations.
