Job Title Experienced enthusiastic cook for busy organic farm shop cafe in Gloucestershire

Job Description Experienced cook to keep our busy, vibrant cafe happy for at least one year whilst our main cook has a baby!

The cafe, which adjoins the shop, has an open kitchen and is in the middle of our organic farm. Great job for someone who has had lots of cafe / restaurant experience and would like the challenge of working particularly with the produce grown here on our 10 acre veg garden, our own dairy products and on sundays our own meat. Must be a smiley person and like the public.

Hours of work Wednesday to Sunday cooking mainly vegetarian dishes, always seasonal and organic. Meat is only cooked on sundays so this would suit a mainly veggie cook.

Wed - Sun approx 37 hours, more when we have functions. generally no evenings. mon and tues off. non smokers only. Rates of pay according to experience and level of managerial skills

Qualifications Requested Lots of kitchen experience and the ability to supervise and keep a small team motivated and happy. Fluent english necessary.
